Leah Friedland is an athletic trainer with NovaCare Rehabilitation and York Community High School. This is her second summer as the coordinator for physical therapy support for the Chicago Area Runner’s Association (CARA) and ERC. You may have met her or spoke to her last year during marathon season. She is a CARA and ERC member and proudly has two half marathons under her belt!
