We hope that this is the start of a new adventure in your life with our running club. No matter what your level of running or fitness is, we strongly believe that you will be challenged to improve when you are around other people that have common running interests. That’s really the backbone of our club. Relationships. Check out our Club Mission statement in the “About Us” tab. As you can see we make investing in each other a priority. There’s nothing better than going for an early morning run with your running friends.
Our club offers several beneficial training programs throughout the year. Check out our training programs and member benefits sections for a more in depth explanation of these and other benefits of being in the ERC.
Sunday morning runs are simple and relaxing. It’s an all level group run. Meet at the Gazebo at Spring Road and the Prairie Path 10 minutes before the hour. It’s casual and non-structured. Runs leave promptly on the hour. More info on the Training tab.
Be sure to sign up for our emails at the bottom of this page. This is the primary way we communicate with our members or those that want to learn more about us.
